The Nuclear Accident That Begat Me

At roughly 4:00 am (EST) on March 28th, 1979, the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant in Pennsylvania began experiencing malfuctions that resulted in a near-meltdown.

Forty-one minutes later, at 1:41 am PST (4:41 am EST), on the other side of the country, I was born.

Supposedly, the two events are unrelated.

I'm still waiting for my cool Spider-Man-esque super powers to show up. So far, I've got nothing.

Maybe the two events weren't related after all.

Oh well. I'm 22 now. Happy birthday to me. J
